We aim to ship orders on the next working day where possible. You will be informed if there are any delays expected.

Please be aware, when packaging your orders we often use recycled packaging from deliveries we receive in the shop. 

Click and Collect orders will be ready at our Hay-on-Wye premises on the next working day, during opening hours only.
